At 19 years old Andre Corbert was working at my family's Spa, which was going broke, after 2 years in it they had tripled in sales and doubled in personnel.

Around the same time, he had his own business doing online marketing, called Publicidad Compartida. In 2015 Andre started Smart Talk Transport, a freight brokerage based out of Miami. With 4 Agents they started venturing into the car hauling business. Now, 3 and half years later they have more than 40 people working at the company and have specialized on various branches of the industry such as Construction and Farming Equipment and Materials, LTL, Glass Products, Pallets and more within the United States and all over the world. They have shipped machinery to Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, and Africa.

Q: What would you like to see your team accomplish in 2019?

I want to see my team winning, I think if the people who work with me are successful then I will be successful. As a team, we are aiming for an increase in sales of 300%, which means we need to keep working hard and keep learning to become better every day.

Q: Do you use any specific method or system to run daily operations?

We do weekly training and weekly lectures to keep learning and improving constantly. Other than that, just give a lot of freedom for people to work comfortably but with the pressure of having great results. Only the people that learn and improve in the company get to stay.

Budget Budget Budget, no matter how much money you are making, you must have a budget.
