Step 2: Conduct the Employee Survey.

The goal of the anonymous survey is to see what obstacles employees face, which diversity interventions are used at their workplace, and which they find most effective.

Once you apply, you will receive an email with a survey link. After that, you would need to share the survey with your employees.

Eligibility

To participate in the program, your company must meet each of the following qualifications:

1. Have at least 20 employees
2. Have operations in the United States
3. Been in business at least 1 year

If you have multiple offices, you can focus the survey on one office.

All deadlines are 11:59 PM PST on the dates above.

About our methodology.

The ranking will be based on what employees themselves report in our anonymous Employee Survey about their workplace.

These responses will be reviewed for potential gender gaps. So if women, for example, rated an organization poorly on diversity, but non-minority groups rated it highly, we would take that into account and adjust the company’s score accordingly.

The list will be published on our website, shared twice in DataBird's weekly newsletter and across social media platforms.

We will also send out a press release to our media list of more than 300 outlets.
