This ranking is based on anonymous feedback collected through our Employee Survey, where employees shared candid insights about their workplace experiences and perceptions.

To provide a comprehensive and balanced evaluation, we also incorporated external sources such as public diversity data, company policies, and independent assessments to validate and enhance the survey findings.

The survey aimed to identify the key challenges employees face, the diversity initiatives in place, and which efforts are considered most effective in supporting women.

We carefully analyzed the data for gender-based discrepancies. For example, if women rated a company’s diversity efforts poorly while non-minority groups rated them favorably, we adjusted the overall score to ensure the ranking accurately reflects the best companies for women.
