2. CONDUCT THE
EMPLOYEE SURVEY
We'll measure employee satisfaction with a survey questionnaire.
The survey focuses on values such as trust in leadership, team dynamics, personal engagement and satisfaction of individual needs through benefits and perks.
Survey Deadline: June 15, 2019.
3. GET CERTIFIED
You'll receive a Best Place to Work Certification badge.
All applicants who meet the eligibility requirements are automatically eligible for the list.
4. 2019 BEST WOMEN-LED COMPANIES TO WORK ANNOUNCED
The list goes live on DataBird Business Journal in the end of June.
All applicants will be notified via email in mid-June. All applicants will also receive a customized report, based on employee feedback.
Eligibility
To participate in the program, your company must meet each of the following qualifications:
1. Have at least 3 employees
2. Based in the United States
3. Been in business at least 1 year
4. Women-led
