As President of the Frank Recruitment Group (“FRG”), the global leader in niche technology staffing, Zoë Morris has built upon her already impressive career to achieve further successes in 2019.Under Zoë’s leadership, FRG has enjoyed extraordinary growth this year, both in terms of financials and the business’ geographic footprint in new technology markets.
2019 saw a plethora of achievements for FRG, including the opening of five new offices in Charlotte, Scottsdale and Irvine in the USA, a third office in Germany and a brand-new London office to accommodate the ever-rising headcount, which reached almost 2,000 professionals across four continents this year. Simultaneously, FRG achieved another year of enviable revenue growth, with net fees growing by 33%. Zoë is a well-established player in the industry with almost two decades of experience, and accordingly has a deep understanding of the paramount importance of a positive, inclusive culture in an organization – she is acutely aware of the contribution and dedication of her teams and so she frequently goes out of her way both to personally encourage and support career progression and celebrate team and individual successes.
