Q: What inspired you to found your business and what were the main challenges you faced?

What inspired me the most to start this line of business, Drip IV Vitamin Therapy, was the COVID outbreak. At the time, there were not any vaccines, so I wanted to give individuals alternatives that could be utilized to be able to help individuals boost their immune system to be able to withstand the symptoms of the illness as well as to be able to fight the illness off.  I have done extensive research on how intravenous vitamins, such as vitamin C, zinc, and that of such can help to improve the immune system to be able to fight off viruses such as COVID-19.

Some of the challenges that I faced, when starting this business was the “lockdown.” This was a business birthed during the lockdown, so essentially, I had to wait until things were opened back up and considered safe to be able to interact. Although I was still working full-time during the peak of COVID with my previous employment as a first line responder, I had a deep-down desire to want to do more.

Q: Did you start the venture alone?

This project was a solo project and I have not partnered as of yet till now.

Q: What's your business model, and how have you grown your revenue?

Being a self-start up company, growth has been a bit challenging. Balancing working for time and trying to dedicate the time to grow my business is always a constant struggle. I’m big on customer satisfaction so that is my main tactic for growth;  to have happy clients and customers.
