Eligibility

To participate in the program, your company must meet each of the following qualifications:

1. Have at least 7 employees
2. Based in the United States
3. Been in business at least 1 year

If you have multiple offices, you can focus the survey on one office.

All deadlines are 11:59 PM PST on the dates above.

About out methodology.

The ranking will be based on what employees themselves report in our anonymous Employee Survey about their workplace.

These responses will be reviewed for potential gender gaps. So if women, for example, rated an organization poorly on diversity, but non-minority groups rated it highly, we would take that into account and adjust the company’s score accordingly.

We will also ask female respondents to rate their employers on factors such as discrimination, parental leave, and pay equity.
