About out methodology.
The ranking will be based on what employees themselves report in our anonymous Employee Survey about their workplace.
These responses will be reviewed for potential gender gaps. So if women, for example, rated an organization poorly on diversity, but non-minority groups rated it highly, we would take that into account and adjust the company’s score accordingly.
We will also ask female respondents to rate their employers on factors such as discrimination, parental leave, and pay equity.
The fee covers the costs of the application assessment, certification, and preparation of the customized report, based on employee feedback.
Application fees vary by the size of your organization:
7 - 49 employees — $245
50 - 99 employees — $490
100 - 299 employees — $980
300 - 999 employees — $1,960
1,000 - 9,999 employees — $2,960
10,000+ employees — $4,960
