The ranking is based on what employees themselves reported in our anonymous Employee Survey about their workplace.
We measured employee satisfaction with an anonymous survey questionnaire.
The survey focused on values such as trust in leadership, team dynamics, personal engagement and satisfaction of individual needs through benefits and perks.
