In the last 12 months, Anna was responsible for leading high employee growth at Frame.io and was able to hire 68 people with a team of 2 (equivalent to almost 100% growth). She exceeded her quarterly hiring goals all year. She also led the efforts to maintain a best in class offer acceptance rate of 87.2% over the last 2 years.

For context, the average is around 60% and best in class is around 80%.- While hiring at an extremely fast pace, she never compromised on candidate experience and led her team to get to 93% positive reviews on Glassdoor. For comparison, Greenhouse which is considered best in class is at 73% and companies like Facebook, Google or Squarespace are around 50%.

Anna also led the diversity and inclusion efforts and was able to improve the percentage of women in management from 1% to 28% and of women at the company overall from 25% to 36%. Anna was born and raise in Paris, France. She went to Law School there before moving to London where she studied guitar and songwriting. She moved to NYC 8 years ago to pursue a singer-songwriter career before making a career switch. She's now been working in Tech for the past 5 years. She started as a Recruiting Coordinator and moved quickly up the ranks. She is now the Head of Recruiting and Diversity and Inclusion at Frame.io, a Series C video collaboration software.
